Charles Alexander emerged from the desire to provide entrepreneurs a better exit experience. After our own startup was acquired by a corporation, we endured a painful due diligence and transition process that eroded company culture and diminished founder autonomy far more than necessary. Thus, Charles Alexander was launched to buy wonderful businesses while letting them stay wonderfully themselves.
